How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Permanentworth Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Permanentworth Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please understand that Permanentworth Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@permanentworth.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
